Adam Lambert is a COO, Co-founder at Bee The Wellness at Bee The Wellness based in Jackson, Wyoming, United States, North America. Adam is a former battalion chief with CAL FIRE, California’s department of forestry and fire protection. As the highest ranking field officer, Adam would oversee command and control of all fire resources in his battalion. Working in both a wildland and municipal capacity, Adam was responsible for mitigating emergencies through responsive and effective management, command presence, leadership, efficient communication, and high-stress/high-consequence decision making. He was also a fire captain in CAL FIRE’s world renowned aviation program, leading a crew of helitack firefighters who would be dropped near the hottest, most critical fire areas. Additionally, he fought fires as the Air Tactical Group Supervisor, acting as the air traffic control and tactical decision-maker for all aviation assets over the fire. Drawing from this high-stress background and his extensive experience as a strength and conditioning coach, Adam developed the fitness and wellness program for this department; he also trained and worked as a peer counselor on the Critical Incident Stress Management team, helping firefighters understand and cope with the extraordinary pressures of the job. His passion for performance, adventure and resilience training layered with over two decades of experience prompted him to leave the fire department to co-found and operate Bee the Wellness LLC, a wellness and adventure retreat company that designs, plans and leads transformative retreats worldwide. From African safaris to 15,000-foot summits in the Andes, Adam helps others push past personal boundaries, gain mastery over their mindset and break through limiting beliefs. Bee The Wellness has grown to include the designing, planning, and execution of transformative experiences for companies and thought leaders who want to connect with their members in new and exciting ways.
